The final set of Rainbow Ponies
and Glitter Ponies did not get released in the same quantities
as the other ponies. Hasbro did not take into account that many
stores would stop ordering the ponies once they had to start ordering
the Perfectly Ponies for the Fall of 2004. When most stores stopped
ordering Rainbow Ponies and Glitter Ponies they still had a lot
of ponies from the 3rd set, or even the 2nd and 1st sets ... so
since those Rainbow and Glitter Ponies where not selling, there
was not a need to order this last set, unless they where complete
out of the older Rainbow and Glitter Ponies.

The 3 Packs can contain any 3
of these ponies. There does not seem to be any rhyme or reason
to which ponies go with which, and placement of the same three
might be diffent from one pack to the next. Shenanigans, Cherry
Blossom, Cupcake and Sweetsong do have the "New Friend!"
sticker on the boxes ... the other do not. This indacates that
it is the 4th set(s) for sure.
